Born in Coimbra, Portugal, 1973. Lives in Cork, Ireland.

Miguel Amado is a curator and critic, and Director of SIRIUS, Cobh, County Cork, Ireland.

His education includes the MA in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art, London.
