Born in Porto, Portugal in 1996. Lives and works in Porto.
Since 2016 Vilanova exhibited regularly, in Portugal and abroad. Her most important projects to date were Hiato, with Francisco Oliveira (Festival Semibreve) and War and the End of Empathy (Porto Municipal Art Gallery). In 2019 as a member of the berru collective, which she joined in 2020, she was awarded the Sonae Media Art prize for the artwork Systems Synthesis. In 2021, she was granted a Masters degree in Multimedia at the University of Porto with the work "Evoking a Simulated Past" (Gnration).
