A collective of researchers and academics who aim at stimulating the consciosness of the population of São Paulo about the city where they live.

The collective Cartografia Negra comes to live with the goal of thinking, revisit, map e reformulate several historic black sites in São Paulo. These are sites of resistance, or places that were used for the comerce, torture, execution of enslaved human beeings and that are referred to by names and titles that erase, and even contradict their history.
